Installation steps:

1. Install the CD or downloaded ScanTool(dot)net software.

2. Connect the OBD-II cable to the car's ODB-II interface.

　3. Connect the OBD-Ⅱ cable to the ELM327.At this time, the power light (power) will��, the ODB TX/RX light will flash, indicating that the connection is normal.

4. Connect the ELM327 to the computer with the USB cable.At this time, the computer will prompt that new hardware has been found. Follow the computer prompts to install the USB driver in the CD or downloaded from the Internet.Enter the computer's "Device Manager" and click on the port. You will find the newly installed hardware "USB Serial Port" and write down the COM number on the right.(This COM number will be used in the next step of software settings)

5. Start the ScanTool(dot)net software.Open the ScanTool(dot)netv1.13 for windows program, select the options (settings) item, select the COM number you noted in the previous step, and then confirm.Once the software is installed, you can diagnose your vehicle.
